XG [OM3] Fiber Optic Cable

The AMP NETCONNECT XG Fiber Optic Cables are using the OM3 or OM3 Plus 50/125µ Multimode fibers in compliance with the latest editions of the international standards like ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 and TIA/EIA 568.

OM3 fibers provide a multimode transmission channel up to 300 meters (OM3 Plus up to 550m) for 10 GigaBit Ethernet at short wavelength (850 nm).

The MT-RJ field installable jack is now also available as a high performance jack which terminates OM 3 fiber optic cables. The pre-polished MT-endface is optimized for high-speed applications up to 10 GigaBit based on 50/125µ Multimode fibers. It can be terminated with the standard AMP NETCONNECT MT-RJ Toolkits.
