  • Develop the dedicated sub-cluster business by building customer relationships through visitation, value-added services & solutions to maintain existing customers and increase sales and profit contributions

  • Provide timely response, technical solutions and exceeding customer expectations so as to ensure optimal service level

  • Conceptualization, development and delivery of marketing collateral and campaigns for both offline and online channels
  • Contribute to the e-commerce business growth
  • Measure and analyse the outcomes of marketing campaigns, events and online business, review the effectiveness and make recommendation for further improvement
  • Undertake marketing and e-commerce projects for corporate and the group to enhance corporation image and business continuity
  • Manage, update and maintain corporate website as well as social media platforms.
