September 01, 2025 – Lim Kim Hai Electric Co (S) Pte Ltd Partners with A*STAR SIMTECH to Offer New Energy Management and Analysis Solutions
SINGAPORE – Lim Kim Hai Electric Co (S) Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore, is pleased to announce a new partnership with A*STAR SIMTECH, the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology, a research institute under Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) that drives advanced manufacturing in Singapore. This collaboration grants Lim Kim Hai Electric a license to use A*STAR SIMTECH’s “Energy Efficiency Management and Analysis System (E²MAS)” technology to develop and sell “Licensed Products” in Singapore.
About the New Solution: E²MAS
The E²MAS technology will be used by Lim Kim Hai Electric to develop, manufacture, use, distribute, market, and sell Licensed Products. A Licensed Product is defined as a complete system, or a sub-system of a complete system, that incorporates the Technology (or part thereof). This can include hardware, software, accessories, implementation manuals, and the like.
As part of the agreement, Lim Kim Hai Electric has received full delivery of the E²MAS technology and documentation. We believe this partnership will allow us to provide our customers with innovative solutions to better manage their equipment’s energy consumption.
